Permits for the import and export of goods

Permit is a document which, upon application, be issued for the import, export or transit of certain goods. Ministry or any other competent authority, in accordance with the regulations, decide on the application for a permit. Goods for export, import, transit or located in a customs procedure shall be subject to the fulfillment of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, in accordance with the regulations. Technical regulation within the meaning of the law governing technical requirements for products and conformity assessment can be applied to the import of goods, and its application can result in additional restrictions on imports. Compliance with standards is not required for import of goods.
