Terms of of ATA carnet

Goods using of ATA Carnet cross the border quickly and easily, without the involvement of shipping companies (ATA Carnet is used for transit through the country, a member of of ATA system), under the terms of the of ATA Convention, but at the same time it must respect certain rules and conditions: 
 
a. All goods exported / imported by an ATA carnet must be fully re-exported / imported in the same condition in which they were exported / imported (not intended for sale, rental, commercial maintenance, processing, repair, vehicle traffic, industrial packaging or production , construction, commercial exploitation of natural resources, etc..). 
 
b. All goods exported / imported by an ATA carnet must be easily recognizable when you export / import and re-export / import 

c. All values ​​included in the goods necessarily represent the true commercial value in the country of issue. 
 
d. All carriers must comply with national laws and regulations of the country of departure / countries to visit / transit countries. 

e. All the goods covered by the Carnet is subject to customs inspection and whenever required inspection by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. f. Period of validity of the of ATA Carnet determined by Serbian Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the deadline prescribed by the Convention, or up to 12 months from the date of publication. However, the customs authorities of the Member States of ATA chain can determine a shorter period, in accordance with their national legislation, in accordance with the relevant Conventions.
