TKA AND "RK JEDINSTVO 1974" - COMMON TO SUCCESS
As in previous years, we - TKA Transport Kombi AS d.o.o. - support this year again the handball club "RK Jedinstvo 1974" from Krnjevo. Our location Krnjevo is not a big city and even we as TKA see us as part of this community. That is why we are proud to sponsor the "RK Jedinstvo 1974" handball club since 2007 and to participate in its successes.
The handball club, called Jedinstvo (Unity) within sports associations, was founded in the spring of 1973, at the initiative of the young people from the village. Its work includes older primary school pupils and high school students.
The "Jedinstvo" (Unity) handball team was founded in 1973 on the initiative of local youth, with the help of the sports association, and was officially admitted to the competitions of the second league in 1974.
In the season 2015/2016 the "RK Jedinstvo 1974" the great success happend in the first handball league of Serbia to rise.
Coach Zoran Cupic told us in conversation: "In the year 2016, our club has achieved something historical and I am glad to be a part of this story. For many years we have invested sweat and strength and have made many sacrifices so that we can create something to be proud of and look back on. "
