What is ATA Carnet?
ATA Carnet is a simple international customs document that is used to simplify the temporary admission of goods to a foreign country with a validity of up to one year.
ATA Carnet is issued for the goods to be temporarily exported from Serbia, and then re-imported unchanged.
ATA carnet shall not be issued for food products (supplies and perishable goods, food, drink), goods for processing or repair, promotional material to be distributed at trade fairs and exhibitions and for the equipment to be used for the industrial manufacture or packaging of goods or exploitation of natural resources, construction, repair or maintenance of buildings, the removal of the country, and similar works. In the world, the ATA carnet is synonymous passport for goods.
